MEET KAREN ROGERS, FOUNDER
Karen Rogers is an eternal optimist, lover of sunshine and happy hour, and founder of Saltkave Digital Marketing in Charleston, SC. She’s also the former COO of Nutritious Life, a wellness media company based in New York City, where she helped grow a small nutrition business into a global digital media and online education company that was acquired in 2020. With over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in both traditional corporate and lean startup settings, including a decade in the digital space, she’s led successful campaigns and teams responsible for huge growth. She’s a high performer, stellar multi-tasker, and terrible joke teller. She’s scrappy when a small budget needs to go far, and swift in getting through a seemingly endless to-do list. You can find her at the gym every morning and RVing around the USA in the summer. She’s renovated several houses, backpacked around the world by herself, and built an adventurous life with her husband and two kids, but her cooking is garbage and she can’t throw a frisbee.
